Fort Wilderness Campground-Sleigh Ride question

Yes, another one!!!

We are looking into doing the sleigh ride in December. We would be coming from DTD. I see there are 2 different bus stops at FW, the Outpost Depot and the Settlement Depot. If I am reading this right, the DTD bus will drop us at the Outpost Depot, correct? And is this where I want to be because the Trail Blaze Corral is right there? I just don't want to get there and find out that I need to be 1/2 way across the campground!! Also, how long of a bus ride is it from DTD to FW?

You want to get off at the bus stop at the Outpost and transfer to any of the Settlement buses, which will take you to the Pioneer hall where they board the sleigh ride.The ride from Downtown Disney to the Fort is about 15 minuets. You should only have a short wait 5 minuets before boarding the Settlement for a 10 minuet ride. I would allow about 1 hour just in case from DTD.
