It's easy if you have some space to pack.
We brought lights and wrapped them around the deck railing. There are two outlets on the deck that you can use, you may want to bring some extension cords depending on the size of your lights. We brought hooks that are suction cups that snap onto the outside window of the doors (there's two of them) and hung wreaths. We had old plastic style window candles (you can find them at thrift shops for around a quarter each) and put them in all the windows, and also some small flat light-up santas and trees that we put on the windows with suction cup hooks.
Inside we had a spiral/pull up tree with lights that was around 6 ft. tall. We brought stockings and hangers and hung them on the cabinets under the windows that are on either side of the tv (used to be the bed). We also brought some snowmen and santas and just put them around the rooms.
In the bedroom, I brought a little 1 ft. tree and put it on the nightstand, we used it as a night light too. Also had some window clings that we put around.
The cool thing about the cabin is how many windows and ledges there are to decorate. You can really make it a homey feel if you're actually there on Christmas Day.
We also decorated our golf cart with garland, battery lights and stockings. It was easy to just wrap stuff around the corners of the roof. I had a Christmas playlist on my phone and a Bluetooth speaker that fit into the cup holder and we played music when we drove around, especially when we went looping to see all the decorations.
There's no better place than Fort Wilderness at Christmas. Here's one of my videos:
