Fort Wilderness Cabin Reservation & Golf Cart

We are wanting to book a Cabin for Jan 13-19 for our family (mom, dad & 3 boys) but my mother-in-law would like to join us mid-week for two days. What is the best way to make these reservations? Will I have to have three different reservations; one for before she arrives, one for while she is with us & one for after she leaves??? Will this mean that we may have to switch cabins?? I'm confused about the logsitics of this.

Edited to Add, We will also be having the dining plan if this makes any difference.

Also, a few golf cart questions. How many passengers will the golf cart fit? Is there room for a stroller somewhere on the cart? Is it likely that one will still be available in January? Where can you take the golf carts (ie can you drive them to transportation & park them until you come back from the parks)?

Sorry for all the questions. I'm desperately trying to finalize our plans as quickly as possible. Thanks for all your help.

If you want to reserve a cart call the cart barn and do so they get rented pretty quick. Cart hoilds 4 but I've seen more,you can put a stroller on the back rear foot rest and hold it.You can park them in the front, by the water too, they have electric you can plug them in while you are at the parks.

If you have more people than will fit on the cart, just do what we do. Run a shuttle service. We take a load at a time. Everyone doesn't have to get there at once. It only takes a few minutes more.

bring a bungee cord or two to hook strollers and stuff on top of the golf cart. I have a feeling we'll be looking like the Clampets after a good shopping day!! Of coarse, I think they have a service where all the junk ya buy can be sent to your cabin also.
