Do DVC members and AP holders get free parking at the parks?

All onsite guests get free parking. DVC members get free parking at the resorts.
I would think if you are not staying onsite.....parking will not be free.

DVC Members, like all onsite guests, get free parking when staying onsite.

Annual pass holders get free parking whether they stay onsite or offsite.

Just to clarify -

Those with annual passes get free parking at the parks no matter where they stay.

DVC members do not get free parking unless they are staying at one of the on- site WDW resorts. There is no free parking perk for DVC members - they get free parking when they stay at a WDW DVC resort just because the DVC Resorts are also on-site resorts.
