Forgery or real deal? Help!

Hey there DIS collector experts. Can anyone verify the authenticity of an item? It is something a person is selling at auction that I've never seen before, but I've made mistakes in the past thinking I was getting something special and found out it wasn't the real deal. It's supposedly a post card from the Cinderella Castle Suite. If it is real I want it, or to at least make a bid. Does anyone recognize this? I'm an Arribas Collector normally, and I consider myself well schooled in most things Disney, but this is out of my knowledge. Understand if this message gets flagged because it's regarding a sale. I will post no direct links. The ebay username of the seller is discosuperchocolate. That should help anybody familiar with the Castle Suite verify whether the seller has the genuine article. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
