I know how most of you feel about the foreclosure sales from DVD or Palm Financial. However, I am a very patient person and would like to take a stab at possibly getting a decent deal (notice I did NOT say "steal"!)
One of my issues I am trying to find out is how does one find out what additional funds will be owed after the auction closes? I know one will owe the outstanding dues - I am guessing that is listed on the judgement paper - i.e.
"Delinquent assessments paid by the developer pursuant to the mortgage, including accrued interest"
Is this the outstanding MF dues that are owed? If not, how can one find out just how many years one would have to pay to be current.?
