Yea, yesterday for spring break we reserved at 2BR at BCV, requested upper level EPCOT view (which we would like more than 2 queens) and she said 2 queens or a sofa sleeper? I said just leave it at a 2BR only to increase chances of EPCOT view and she said she had to put in one or the other-they were not really requests but necessary information. Sounded like dedicated 2BR have a slim chance of an EPCOT view but we did desire 2 queens so I took it. Anyone have a little more experience with this-I would like to hear from you-I read Doc's outline but still confused if we should change.

There are 2 - 2 Bedroom Dedicateds on the 5th floor with 2 queens. One is an Epcot/Woods View, the other is an Epcot/Garden View which also has a view Spaceship Earth.

What about the 4th floor? We also requested two queens/dedicated/Epcot View? (Also, I would love to be above the canal and have a huge balcony but I didn't request that!)

Thanks, we will just stay with this and see what happens. Sure the whole resort is great no matter what.

We just got back last night at 9pm and we had the best 2bed 2 bedroom at BCV. It was room 553. You had the largest balcony there was, the fireworks were straight out from your balcony. It was great. We were there for 10 days and hated to leave. WE arrived at 10am on Sunday and the room was ready. The only disappointment was that we were there for my daughter's 16th birthday and didn't get anything. They asked about her favorite character, etc but nothing. But then the room made up for it. It was also near an elevator which took you right down to the quiet pool and near the parking lot. It was a great location. If you can request that room , I would. If you more specifics let me know.

Did it overlook that noisy access road?

Yes, Room 553 does look over Epcot Resorts Blvd. It is not as close to the road as the rooms down by the canel and parking lot, but it does see the road. There is a few more tress and folige in between the resort and the road in this area. I don't feel it detracts from the room, but some do.

pnelson... I too loved the area down by the canel, but I don't think any of those rooms on the 4th floor right above the canel have the 2 queens. I think the 3rd floor does, but then your fireworks view would not be as good. Room 553 is also my favorite room, but you do give up the canel for that room.

Note to self: 553. Can you actually request a single room? Someone would have to check out Sun AM of our arrival right? Maybe they would force them out if I request it-kidding.

jade1.... As long as your not there when I am, its okay! ;)

I was your next door neighbor!!! We were in 555 from 7/16 - 7/21!!!!!

I also had the view of Epcot Resorts Blvd., and I did feel that there was a bit of noise associated with this view. Would I stay in an Epcot View room again, probably not. We were only there two nights to enjoy the fireworks, and if the air is very humid, the smoke hangs and it's detracts from the show. When we stay at BCV again, we'll request a pool view.

pnelson... Yes, 553 does have 2 queens, so does 533.
