We are going August 17-20 (staying at PB), this will be our first trip to The Dark side ;) . How have the wait times been for FJ since the opening of Gringotts? Also, is there an Ollivanders in both Universal and IOA? If so, which one should we go to. I'm just trying to figure out some sort of touring plan so we can fit as much in as possible in the 2 days we will be there. Thanks! :goodvibes

With the way crowds are now, I would go to Hogsmeade in IOA first and then take Hogwarts Express over to the Studios. Both areas will be busy but it shouldn't be as bad now since lots of schools begin August 18th.

We did FJ for EE our first day and the wait is 10 min for EE and one hour during the day. Ollivanders had a very small wait in Diagonal Alley, but there was a long line in Hogsmeade for it. I still can't get over how amazing Diagonal Alley is! You will love it!

I'll be there the last week of August! :thumbsup2

The advice I'm hearing is that you should go to the Ollivander's in Diagon Alley. It has many more rooms and handles crowds much better than the Hogsmede Ollivander's.

For wands go to Daigon. Never saw a line there but in Hogsmeade there was always a line.

If you have EE I would use that for DA. You can do DA hop on HE and then do Forbidden. We did that yesterday. Hit EE at 6am so we were first in line at Gringotts. Finished Gringotts by 7:15 and headed to HE around 8am for a 5 minute wait. In Hogsmeade FJ was 15 minutes and Dragon was 20.

We didnt do EE for Hogemeade. We wanted to ride Geingotts so we did EE both days then rode HE over to ride FJ with a very short wait.
