I'm in the process of getting all my materials to make my invites (I'm using Envelopments) and I was just wondering what everyone used as adhesive (if necessary)? I have double-sided scrapbooking tape...but I'm thinking something like a spray adhesive would work better?

Also, if anyone else used Envelopements (or similar) did you buy the cardstock in the size you needed (ie 3x5) or did you buy larger stock and cut it after printing? I know sometimes at work when I try to print smaller labels they get stuck in the printer and it's a huge mess!

TIA!!

While I have not yet made incites, I am a designer and do presentation boards alot and the double sided perm tape is the best. The spray will not stay in humidity or under pressure. Also I say print out on standard card stock and go to kinko's and use the indusrtial cutter. I did this for my save the dates and it worked well. On the computer I used a line as a cutting edge so when it printed I had a guideline!

Thanks!!

Do you have a preferred brand of double-sided tape?

I completely forgot about Kinkos!! Thanks! :thumbsup2

I usually just use the scotch brand you get at staples they usually have it in a 2 or 3 pack for a deal. just make sure it is permanent.
