For those who haven't gotten their packet yet!!

I am one of the few that haven't received their packets yet for the Marathon. So, I decided to contact WDW Sports and see what had happened. This is the response that I got:

The first mailing of race packets (race program and Race Number Pickup Card/Waiver) started on Friday, October 13th and was completed within a week of that date. Since they were bulk rate, it was taking a few weeks to arrive. I will get another packet sent to you in the next mailing. The next mailing of the race programs and Race Number Pickup Card/Waivers will take place in the middle of November. Those registered through a charity group or tour/travel group will also be included in that mailing or in the final mailing, which will take place in late November. If you don't receive the packet, you will need to pick up your Race Number Pickup Card/Waiver at the Expo on either Thursday, January 4th from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, January 5th from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM or Saturday, January 6th (marathon only) from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. The Expo will be at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex at the Milk House. Parking for the expo is free. Follow the signs to the Wide World of Sports. When you enter the number pickup area, please proceed directly to Runner Relations and we will take care of you there. After getting your Race Number Pickup Card/Waiver at Runner Relations, you will proceed across the room and pick up your race number, ChampionChip, t-shirt, goodie bag, etc. I have marked your file to receive another program.

If you haven't received your packet yet, you might want to contact them and see if they can mail you a new one in the next shipment.

Fear not! I finally got my packet yesterday..... my brother (going the distance) had not received his either(I haven't heard from him in a couple of days, but I suspect he probably received his too!)

In a related note, I never received my DisneyLAND packet and had to request another. So don't be afraid to do so.

Dana, Unfortunately, DH and I are among the few who have NOT received their packets Thanks for the info! We both get the marathon emails and I have verified that we are registered...siiigghhhh. Just one of the "lucky" few, I guess!! Anne

DH and I haven't gotten ours yet either????? But we are sighned up through Anthony Travel so maybe that is why??? Should I call, or should I give it another 2 weeks or so?????
