How long does it usually take for the order to arrive here in Canada?

Can I ask how much shipping is costing you? I've heard it's expensive to Canada, I was thinking of ordering a few things....

Thanks

Order came within a week. Everything there. Nothing missing! Love the disney on line shopping!! :cool1:

Shipping was absolutely insane. Doubled my order total. Since our closest Disney store has closed, it was the only way to get anything for our upcoming trip. Im going to pick some some new shirts for DS while we're there and hide them to bring out next year.

That said, with the 60% off sale, the total cost worked out to less per shirt than regular price. I wouldn't buy again unless its through the big sale. Even their shipping code was only good within the US, or so I was told when I called and asked.

Our ordered was around $170 and shipping was $37 through UPS and we paid $30 for brokage and GST when the package arrived at the door. We were told they could send our order through USPS which usually save the brokage fees, but they used UPS standand instead.

Same thing happened to me...Disney.com is not known for being cross-border friendly. I order from the states all the time but had never run into brokerage fees before. Definitely not worth it.

I ordered one of the big figurines....my total was around $200 and shipping was about $40 (which I thought was reasonable considering the size of the figurine) and my UPS brokerage fee was just over $12. My order arrived within 3 days!!!! I received an email in the morning of day 3 telling me my item had shipped and at 10:30 my door bell rang!!!!

My order arrived this morning. The extra fee was $10.19. So in the end it cost me about what I would have paid for the 6 shirts if we had driven to our former store. (not including gas)

I did a big order a few months ago and had it shipped expedited UPS. Apparently if you do expedited instead of standard UPS, the brokerage fees are included. I paid a little more up front, but at least there weren't any scary surprises at the door. If you order more than about $250, the shipping prices are so bad, it's when you just order a few little things that it seems ridiculously expensive.

My favourite thing to do with disneyshopping.com - if you're going to WDW and want to order some things for your trip, have them sent to your resort!!!
I've ordered for our last two trips, and my packages were waiting when we arrived - paid $5 for shipping this year, free shipping last year, and no duty!:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:
