Costco is currently running a summer sale on Disney Area Hotels.

This one is for the Waldorf Astoria located at the Bonnet Creek

Valid For Travel Nights Price Per Person* Book By
Through 10/16/14 6 From $855 10/6/14
10/17/14 - 12/18/14 6 From $975 12/7/14

It's based on double occupancy and includes 5 Day Magic Your Way Tickets + Park Hopper.

I ran the dates for 9/7-9/13

Booking through Costco ran 1709.20

If you were to book the room from the Waldorf it would be 1579.50, then tickets for 2 people would be another 754.02.

Just a heads up for those interested.

Somewhere in your copy/paste, it dropped the number of hotel room nights.

How many nights?

And...is the offer at the Waldorf at Bonnet Creek?

Sorry it's 6 nights.

Yes the Waldorf at Bonnet Creek, they also have deals for the Swan and Dolphin and the Hilton at Bonnet Creek.

Same offer for the Dolphin is 1807.52

Hilton at Bonnet Creek 1392.25

Those are really good prices.

I keep seeing a 5 star hotel on hotwire in that area, which I am pretty sure is the Waldorf and even on hotwire it would be $170 a night.

So, the per night room costs are:
  • Hilton Bonnet Creek - $106 per night
  • Waldorf Astoria Bonnet Creek - $159 per night
  • Swan/Dolphin - $175 per night
Keep in mind that all of those resorts charge parking fees, and probably "resort fees" on top of the room charge, and those prices may be also subject to something in the neighborhood of a 12% hotel occupancy tax which might not be quoted in the rate.

Nope, this is including all taxes and fees.

That listing above doesn't mention parking. I know they charge a parking fee; I don't know if that is included in the "resort fee" which is listed. I'm sure you could call the resort front desk and ask them.

Also, in case you don't know, the Waldorf at Bonnet Creek and the Hilton there share amenities. In other words, guests at each can use all amenities at both resorts. That might make the Hilton booking a better deal than the Waldorf. Emphasis on might -- I don't know how the rooms compare.

Also, I don't know how familiar you are with the area, but if you are driving you can be PARKED in any theme park or water park lot in 15 minutes from any of the Bonnet Creek properties.

Forget the ride, that is less than your wait time for the Disney bus at Swan/Dolphin.
