...How do you work in Safari? How is the line when you get over there?

The end of March we would run to EE, ride it twice standby, get a FP for EE between the first and second time we rode, then do and ride other things like Dinosaur and Primeval Whirl before going to the Safaris and getting a FP (the EE FP would be for about 10:40 or so). Then we would ride the safari when that FP came up (around noon). I'm not sure if it is the best strategy, but I feared that the standby line for the safaris would just be too huge by the time we could ride EE twice.

That's exactly what we did in April, the week before Easter. The only difference is we were not at rope drop, we came at 8:30. We then rode PW twice without waiting then I ran and got FP's to Safari. We then went on Dinosaur and we just walked on :)

We rode EE immediately, got a FP, went to Safari, waited for maybe 15 min. Rode it, went back to EE for our 10:00FP time and rode it again before heading over to Dinosaur. It was not a problem at all.

So for those of you who have gone and rode EE, is it the best strategy to run and get on it first in the stand-by line or just FP at first then go and do Safari. I like doing the Safari in the early am because the animals are usually out because the heat is down then. Advise please!!!!!! :confused3

We have an ADR for Donald's at 8am. So I hope we will be done at 9 when they open. Last year we were done by 8:45. I thought I read somewhere that you can't "dash" that they lead you by ropes and then drop them ? Is this true ? Will be have a problem being some of the first there if we leave Donald's by 9 ?

we went at the end of april. got fastpass for ee, and rode it twice on standby. then did our fastpass. then went to safari and waited about 15 minutes. i dont think there is much difference between riding it at 9 or at 10.
