? for those who bought TL/BB/DQ AP

Can you buy it like other APs as a voucher and then activate later? This is a somewhat obscure pass that I think is only for FL residents. I'm afraid with all the ticket changes especially for FL residents it might go away so would like to buy a voucher for this AP at DTD guest relations. (I can't find the direct number to the guest relations ticket office so I'm hoping someone has bought this AP recently.) Thanks.

They are not for FL residents only. You can purchase on either at DisneyQuest, Guest Relations, or by calling 407-WDW-MAGIC.

Thanks for the info, if its not just for FL residents I probably don't have to worry about it going away. How long as this pass been around? I know there were never restrictions on the waterpark pass but I thought I'd read (must have been old or incorrect info) that the DQ add on was for FL residents. It seems like a neat AP to have but I can see how out of staters would have pluses available on other tickets so it was likely mostly purchased by FL residents buying 4plays or seasonal passes with no plus options.
