After all of the hardwork of planning, it looks like it payed off. And, judging by the smile on Meg's face, it looks like she had a great time! Thanks for sharing your photos and yes, they are priceless! Too bad it rained on you but it looks like the sun was shining on the last half of your trip. BTW, is there another trip for you and Meg in the near future?.... So now you're a veteran and can help those that have questions about DL, right? No other trips in the near future - this one broke the bank! hahaha. I am going to work on my report today/tommorrow. I have TONS of work stuff to catch up on - still have to unpack too!
I will definately answer questions when I have time and see something I can answer! We spent 6 FULL days in DL/CA/DTD - saw everything - ate in DL quite a bit (more than we planned). I have soooo much to tell! We have definately decided that we need to ebay all year round and try and do a trip somewhere every January. It was such wonderful priceless quality time. Next year....Hawaii or Orlando! hahaha. We really want to try and do a vacation every year now....its amazing what a pick up it is and how much it is needed....you just don't realize what it is like to go without a vacation for 5-6 yrs, then all of a sudden have one..... WOW!!!!!

Great photos! Thank you for sharing them! I'm glad you saw the rest of the greater LA area...there's so much more than just DL/DCA! What did you think of Hollywood/Highland?? Did you see some of those gigantic homes in the BH area? I'm glad you had a good time and decided on a vacation every year. Everyone deserves it! Cheers to you!

(Makes me wish my little girl was older to take her to that "beauty shop" - She's only 4!)
I am thoroughly enjoying reading your trip reports and taking all of your tips to heart.
I can surely tell that you made memories to last a lifetime.
