? for those that have booked through Expedia

To those of you that have booked a wdw resort room only through expedia--

Is it possible to modify an existing ressie booked through expedia? For example, if you book a room only ressie and then want to change to a code or AP rate, is this possible? Or are you bound to the original ressie rate? I have never used expedia before. I have always made ressies directly through CRO. Anyone have experience with this?

We booked thru Expedia for our Sept trip. I didnt change my ressie any--we got a really good deal on the room rate. I believe they buy a block of rooms and they charge what price they want to. They dont appear to go by Disney rates and disc codes. When you get a room u are also getting LOS passes. I dont thing you can get a disney room w/out them. It worked out good for because we needed them. I booked on the phone with Expedia not online.

It sounds like you booked a package. I know that you can book room only. The rates that Expedia is showing right now are basically rack rates. Has anyone else had experience using Expedia to make room only ressies? I am particularly interested to know if these ressies can be modified should a better rate come out a later date.
