Its been a couple of years since we did this. Last time we rented from Alamo and had to take the shuttle from the airport. I just reserved w/ Nat'l and it says you can now just walk across the street to the Nat'l/alamo counter? And I'm assuming we can just use the kiosk there as well?

TIA!:goodvibes

TPA has changed the car rental facilities since you last rented. As indicated, you just walk across to the garage where you get your car.

OK, that's a plus!:thumbsup2 I forget, with Nat'l do we even need to visit a kiosk or do we just pick the car and drive out to the attendent with a copy of our ressie? Thx!!:)

You must go to the counter or kiosk. If you are an Emerald Club Member and reserve online while logged in, you can go directly to the car and show your paperwork at the exit.

Yes, my DH is a member. Is that something that expires? I put his member ID in and it still had our info. Does that mean we can go directly to the car?
