i just added on what is the quality assurance you have to call within 48 hours of getting your fedex papers

From what I remember they just ask if you have any questions about the paperwork and need any help.

You don't HAVE to call, I , personally chose to, because I had a few questions and wanted to make sure I understood everything correctly.

After our Aug. trip to DW I took a week of doing research here and then took tour @ Disneyland.

We never Called quality assurance but did wait a week to setup an appointment with our guide(@ DL) so they could notarize everything and send everything back for us. They have persons that go over every single paper that needs to be signed, She also gave us an "official" credit approval in person.

Just call. It only takes a minute and all they basically want to know is that you got the paperwork, do things look correct and they ask if you have any questions. Nothing to be scared of.
