I absolutely LOVE the commercial where the little Hispanic girl is calling for technical support. Her grandmother doesn't speak English and she calls "Mary" for instructions on how to record her favorite show. She is an adorable child who makes the cutest face. Of course I don't know how her grandmother can follow the Spanish instructions, since my tv remote is in English, but I don't care.
