Did you get the 2 early am entries with the 3 day pass?

I ordered tickets for end of May trip and got the receipt, but you need to pick up tickets at Dis. The 2 MM deal says subj to change anytime on the getawaytoday site.

So I'm wondering..when I get to Dis..will my tickets say that I get those extra hours days, will I get a voucher? How does it work?

Thanks!

I do not think you get the two early am entries with a 3 day pass (unless it is the pay for 3 upgrade to 5 deal... then, yes you do.)

If you do get the extra MM, it will just be included on your ticket. You will get one ticket that they scan at the entrance. It will tell the person at the gate how many MM you have.

Hope I answered your question:)

3 and more day tickets get the MM.

3 and more day tickets from GAT get 2 MMs. Wording from their 3 day ticket page:

Good for 3 Days admission to both Disneyland® Park and Disney's California Adventure® Park with park hopping privileges. Includes TWO Magic Morning early entries which allows access to a designated Disneyland® Resort theme park one hour before the park opens to the general public. (subject to change without notice)

The subject to change likely refers to MM itself; days, what is open, and so on.

When people pick up their GAT tickets, they do so at the booths. Some have reported an error of the tickets only showing ONE MM day, but they go back and have it fixed and get the 2 MMs.

... The 2 MM deal says subj to change anytime on the getawaytoday site ...

GAT's ticketing policies are dependent on Disney's, and Disney's ticketing policy is "subject to change without notice." :earsboy:

From the DL web-site (in the "fine print" :jester: ):

"All offers, events, tickets, age ranges, services, attractions and entertainment may be seasonal and are subject to change without notice."

HTH :wizard:

I was wondering about this. How do they know to give you the ticket with the 2MM days? Does it look different than the other tickets? Or is it just electronically different, allowing the 2MM?

I'm already having nightmares over having to pick up tickets with a voucher. This is not a desireable thing for me. :rotfl2: I like to have my ticket in hand weeks before I arrive, not have to get them by standing in a line at the park entrance.

Thanks for the information, I just got my tickets from GAT and really wasn't sure how I was suppose to get them:confused3 ...good stuff to know!!

Threads that discuss the process. You don't even need a voucher, just your ID!

Ack! I don't even get a voucher! :scared: I'm going to have another nightmare for sure. :rotfl:

It's good to know not to expect to pick up your passes on a MM morning! We plan to get in the parks on a Saturday afternoon, around 2pm, so I would think the lines at the ticket booths wouldn't be too horrendous.

So, what's the deal with meal vouchers from Getaway? I guess I need to look into that a bit more too. Okay, I just went and looked. You save about $2. I'm not sure that's worth it for a party of 2. If our plans changed, we'd be out a lot of money.

sorry about the no voycher problem. it'll be a growth experience to walk in, nothing but id in hand! :goodvibes

Now boy is fevering on the couch (man this illness came on FAST) and I have my arms free for the moment.

Those prices were "normal adult", "normal child", "GAT adult", and "GAT child" prices, respectively.

I am a little worried about this issue too. I dont like not having tickets in my hand. I'll find out friday the deal.

You must be type A like me. The whole thing has me unnerved. When we went to DW, we had the entire thing booked and planned months and months in advance.

This is/was a last min trip and only a month in the making and we leave in 3 weeks.

Bumbershoot-thanks for the great info as usual and for helping and chiming in. Hope the kiddo is feeling better. We're in red sox nation here and the flu has been making its way through the team.

Crossing fingers noone gets sick in the next 3 weeks. Maybe I should just keep the boys out of preschool until we go. :rolleyes1

edited to add: so does the ticket actually say 2 MM on it, or do you have to wait to go through the turnstiles before you find out and then have to turn around and go back to the ticket booth and wait in line......??

I was just going to order my tix directly from the Disney site (print them myself since we leave Sunday) but now that I happened upon this thread about GAT, I was wondering if it's too late to order my tix from them on such short notice? I know the vouchers couldn't possibly get here before we leave but understand I just need to show ID to pick up the tix. Should I call them? The idea of two MMs really appeals to me since it's just me and DH and it would be great to get into the parks early, leave when it gets busy and then head back in the evening. Thanks!

I would definately call GAT. I think you would be able to just pick up your tickets at the booth. I didnt get a voucher last time I used them and got them with my ID. This time I got a reciept, but Im not sure I would call it a voucher. Also I usually go the night before to pick up my tickets, this lines are really short at that time.

kapeppy, since they don't mail a voucher, only a receipt (according to posts), if the price is about the same (use "podcast" to lower the GAT price by $10, unless the code has ended), might as well go with GAT.

Well, unless your first day at the parks is a MM day...as mentioned elsewhere, the ticket booths don't open until half an hour into MM, so picking them up that morning would be a bummer.

RuthLS, thanks for the good thoughts about DS. I don't know what's up with him! He's now sleeping on a sleeping bag on the floor, didn't even help me make muffins from a book I got for him called "cook it in a cup"! Poor thing, though honestly, better it happen this week than 2 weeks from now.

The package took about a week to come. It came with a printed receipt, pins, and lanyards. So if all you care about are the tickets. Print your email conf and you should be fine. The letter said to show ID at the main entrance ticket booth.

HTH!

We got our PH's through GAT for our trip last month. I used my ID to pick 'em up. They were 5 days for the price of 3 and on the bottom of our PH's they said 2 MM's ~ we couldn't use both though, got there too late Sun. morning but our Tues MM was awesome!

If you book with Disney Travel and stay at a hotel, they also give you a voucher to redeem at check in at the hotel. I wouldn't stress too much about it. Get some rest! You'll need it!

Do the 5 day hoppers come with 2 MM's? Alaskan airlines still has the 5 day for 3 day price when you buy their package through the end of May... just curious since I have 2 little ones who will love fantasyland.
