For those of you considering next year for Presidents week....

I'm thinking President's week in 2005 will not be as bad, given that Easter is early next year and many schools seem to be tying Spring Break with Easter.

Any thoughts on that idea??

I went the week after Presidents week and we managed to get on everything at MK on a SATURDAY, with only a handful of small exceptions (things that had little to no line most of the time anyway...). The rest of the week was also very moderate, to light crowds.


Feb is not bad. Just that one week.

We went on the first week after Thanksgiving in 1998; crowds were non-existent, Christmas decorations were awesome and the weather, while cooler, was still nice enough to swim (of course, my kids would swim in sub-zero weather and a blizzard!). It's too hard to pull my older kids out of school mid-term anymore but if you are able to do it, this is a GREAT time to visit.

we, too, found it more crowded than last year. Clearly as the week wore on it got more manageable, but was still busier than we like it. We found that while all the "big" attractions might not be able to be done without planning, many of the secondary attractions were't that bad. Of course, attitiude is everything and being our 9th trip, if we didn't get something done, it was not big deal. We're still planning to go next year, but may plan more days out of the parks. Good time to see other things Orlando has to offer. After all, 70 degrees is still better than 20 degrees (although this year was a little chilly for us the first few days.LOL)
