For those of us starting again ...

I know that for myself, getting back on track is a definite requirement right now. I thought that I would share this quote with all of you looking to "start again" with your healthy lifestyles. I won't take credit for it though, one of our very own WISH buddies sent it to me after she found it in a magazine. I have shared with several co-workers and wanted to share it with you as well. Thanks to Debbie for sharing.

The single most important ingredient of long term success is not just the determination to start, but the ability to start again.

That is sooo true! Sometimes when you get off track (which can mean different things for different people), it can be so easy to get discouraged, feel like a loser, and give up (I did this for the last 15 years!). Even tho' it can be so difficult, it's much more positive and productive to face the music, and START AGAIN! Thanks for an inspiring post, Mary Liz!

I actually printed out a copy and taped it into the front of my food journal. I did this last week, and when I actually started using the journal again yesterday, it made me smile.
