I am trying to figure out where in this huge resort that I need to try to ask for. A friend of mine gave me a week down there through her RCI timeshares, we are arriving on Friday in mid Oct. will the resort be crowded then??? Also I will be traveling with my in laws so if you are on the second floor or third, do they have elevators? Does anyone know how many floors these villas have, we are getting a two bedroom. Do all of the condos have screened balconys? Last question I promise, I would like to stay near a pool but not so close that you can walk right out the door in it, i would rather have this lake view several have talked about on this website, can anyone help.Thanks:jumping1: :confused3

If you need an elevator, better request one in advance. I think only the Lakes and Cascades sections have them. Otherwise, make sure you insist on first floor as all the other sections have 2nd and 3rd floor walk-ups.

I believe with the exception of one of the older sections, all two bedroom units are on one floor. Also, they all have screened in balconies that I have seen.

My recommendation? Call 1-800-vistana in advance and ask all of these questions and put in your special requests. I have always found the customer service people to be very helpful and fulfill whatever requests they can.
Have fun!
