In case this helps anyone.... Here's what I noticed:
When I go to disneyworld.com it appears that I am "logged in". It says "Welcome, XXX!" at the top as though I'm logged in. But when I go to dining reservations, it is not showing the +10 as available to make ADRs. If I click on the "Welcome, XXX!" link, it asks for my login and password. After I login, I go back to dining reservations and the +10 is now available for me to book ADRs.
