Hi,
I'm thinking of making DS some shirts for our upcoming trip. I already got the designs thanks to the fabulous DISigners in this page :goodvibes
Now, I need to buy the actual shirt... where can I find some plain shirts?? Everywhere I look, they all have logos or graphics. Is there a website where I can find some? Thanks in advance!

Do you have a Michaels or Hobby Lobby close to you? I bought ours there and they held up wonderfully. Oh and DEFINATELY use A_M_Y_M_I_C_K_E_Y's transfer paper. I did all the research before and they are the best. No cracking, fading or peeling.

See... that's the one place I didn't think of... :rolleyes1 I actually have 2 Michaels close to my house...

Thanks for the tip about the paper too!! :thumbsup2

Please heed the advice about the good transfer paper. I didn't know and just bought a cheap packet from AC Moore. The shirts were so cute but only got one time use because they were so cracked and horrible looking by the end of the day.

I've actually had good luck with either Michael's or our local Wal-Mart in the men's section. Wal-Mart has Hanes in more colors, and in V-necks which is my preference...

Could you tell me where to purchase that brand of transfer paper? I have never heard of it. Is it expensive?

Thanks!

!!! & Target has some plain shirts too. But I do buy 99% of mine (usually Fruit of the Loom) at Wal-mart because I like the weight of the tees--not in the packages because they are very light weight--but the heavy 100% cotton ones. Some of the kids' ones are Faded Glory branded but still that nice heavy weight.

Jiffyshirts.com - They have both kids and adults sizes for color matches. I used the Gildan 6.1 oz 100% cotton.

Amymickey.com - for the transfers

If you are buying a lot of shirts, check out shirtsupplier.com Otherwise, I second the Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and Walmart suggestions.

I whole heartedly recommend Amy's transfer papers. You won't believe what a difference it makes.
