Okay, so this is a must do for our family just because it is a new attraction and we all loved the movie. I am wondering if I need to use one of my fastpass + selections though in order to see it. I am not particular over where we sit but, on the onther hand, I don't want to have to line up only to be told that this show is sold out and now you have to wait for the next one.....not my idea of fun.

Also, where is it held at present. I know it was over by Indiana Jones but that there was some talk of it being moved to the American Idol theatre which I think would be great!

I used a FP+ for the Frozen Sing-Along Celebration, however, I don't think you need to use a FP+ selection if there are other attractions you want to prioritize. If you're concerned about getting in, ensure you're arriving about 20-30 minutes prior to the start of the showing you want, and you should be just fine. Plus, the FastPass doesn't provide a seating area but just initial access to the queue area (assuming you arrive before or at the start of your FastPass return window...the standby line may already be in the queue area if you arrive at the end of the FastPass return).

The show is indeed being held in what is now called the Hyperion Theater. It is the venue previously used for the American Idol Experience.

Thanks! On a crowd level of 3 (according to touringplans.com) I may take my chances with the standby line.

We used a FP for it because there isn't much else to use them for here if you have kids under 40 inches. We got awesome seats; however I don't think it is required.

We went on a busy day in June. We used FP and they allowed us to line up early as the line was long and SB was waiting for multiple shows before they got in. FP was allowed in first and it gave us third row seats. If the day you go isn't busy I would say skip the FP if there are other things you would use one for. Just get in line 20 minutes or so before the next show.

I just booked my FP+ at midnight
Didnt know this was offered but choose it. Wasnt sure if it was for seating or early access. Excited to see this.
My other FP+ selections for that day are Toy Story Mania and Star Tours.

Will this still be around in October, is this now a year round attraction? I guess I was thinking this was just there for part of the Summer Frozen thing.

I also thought it was part of Frozen Coolest Summer and was surprised to see it available in late Sept
I decided why not use FP+ and go see it.
Was also able to get FP+ on my last day to Meet and Greet Anna and Elsa. Excited

Same with us. It worked out okay but we didn't get special seating or early access, I think all we got was guaranteed access? Once we entered we were all held in the same area (FP and standby) and we actually made the mistake of going to the front right, we didn't realize the doors were on the left until after we were up there. To top that off the front door only allows access to a couple of rows so we actually let pretty much everyone go and headed to the back door behind us to enter. It worked out great as we had no need to be in the front and I was fine with using a FP for it (we got several more later on in the day as well after we used out initial 3) but not sure we got much of any advantage, again except maybe guaranteed seats because they probably limit how many stand by enter knowing how many FP are issued??

Right now disneyworld.com is listing show times through November 30th. Given the state of DHS they will need to keep this as an attraction for some time.

We got there after it started and there will still lots of seats available.

(The CM turned us away initially and we looked sad but said, "Okay, we get it." It was our fault for missing the start. He said, "Wait a minute" and got this aw-shucks look on his face. Then he let us in the back door. That's one way to do it. :-))

It appears that they are eliminating the "early" show (9:30 during Frozen summer, 10:00 after) on the week (starting 10/4) we get there.
