For the $25 DVC phone tour is Canada eligible?

I know some places can't get those type of incentives but wasn't sure if Canada fell under those restrictions. Does anyone know off hand?

I know in BC we can't!

I think the eastern provinces can. Ontario can for sure. Anywhere that you are allowed to buy into DVC can.

They can't sell DVC in BC so that's why I can't do the phone tour.
