For the 1000th time...

I know that this question has been asked and answered over and over, but this is our first time staying in a resort, and I want to make sure that I have everything straight.

My DD and I will be going to GF for the princess tea party. Do the busses travel directly between to resorts? If not, what will be the easiest way to get from ASMo to GF?? I will be taking a car, but we live in a small town and the idea of driving in a lot of traffic freaks me out. Suggestions????

Busses do not go between resorts. The easiest way is to take the car, following the Signs for Magic Kingdom, and staying to the right when you go through the MK toll plaza.

If you want to take Disney Transportation, I would take the Magic Kingdom bus from All Star and then take the Resort Monorail or Resort Boat (Not the FERRY) from MK to the Grand Floridian.

Another option is to take whichever park bus comes first and once bus is at park, find GF bus. For the return, it will be easy to take resort monorail to MK (once you get on monorail, only one stop - MK) and switch to your resort bus.

Karynnix, arrange for a taxi cab. And arrange for it in advance. Since it doesn't sound like you want to drive, that is the only way to assure that you will get from the All-Stars to the Grand Floridian in time for your event. And believe me, you don't want to miss that event (my family attended it when it was in its pilot stage).

If you rely on WDW transportation, allow yourself at least 2 hours. That way you are assured of getting where you want to go when you need to get there. (It is always better to be early than late, and the GF is such a lovely resort to explore when you have some time to spare.)
