Usually Cyber Monday (Dec. 1), but a lot of websites are offering free shipping with a minimum purchase.

My favorite website for checking on discount/free shipping codes (for all types of stores) is www.retailmenot.com last year they even had a discount code for Mindware (educational toys) that saved me $35.
