? For Recent Cruisers

I'll be sailing on the August 9th seven day Eastern cruise. It's been almost a year since my last DCL cruise, and was wondering what is the current dance music that they are playing on board at the deck parties?

The one thing that I remember from my previous cruises is the music. I could be at work and hear a song that I would associate with the deck parties, and for a moment be back on the Magic.

My sailing mates are first time Disney cruisers (DCL virgins), one of which is a seven year old who loves to dance. I would like to start getting her primed for dances like the Cha Cha Slide, and whatever the current music is on board.

We were just on the Wonder.
Dh has recently completed making 3 CD's full of cruise music. A lot was just ambient pool music, but many were "sailaway" songs. Here's a few I can remember. If you'd like a complete list, let me know I can bug him for it.

Many selections were picked up from La Vida Mickey and La Vida Mickey 2 and the Radio Jams CD's.

Ok guys,
DH is at work, but I found his worksheet he used to collect all of the music he used to make his CD's. Some of these songs were not actually heard on the ship, but they fit in so well with the theme and were also on CD's that contained a lot of ship music that we can only assume they were played, just not when we were on the pool deck.
Also, in going over our video the other night dh mentioned that there were a couple of songs he had forgotten about and he'd have to hunt them down.
Songs are going to be listed according to the album they were found on (not necessarily the artist) but simple research at amazon.com will show you the artist's names. Also, we searched the world over (including DISNEY world) and the only place we could find two of the radio disney jams cd's were at amazon.com (I think 3 and 4)

This turned out to be 3 full CD's...over 3 hours! But it takes us back to the ship, so the longer it lasts, the better!!
