For recent Chef Mickey's dinner guests...

For those of you who have been to Chef Mickey's for dinner recently, can you tell me if Donald was present?

DS's favorite character is Donald, and we do have PS for Donald's breakfast, but was wondering if we might catch him at Chef Mickey's dinner. I know I have read that he appears "occasionally," but AllEars has a new Chef Mickey's dinner menu up and the characters list includes Donald. I'm curious to see how often he is there and what our chances are percentage wise...

I know...I'm thinking WAY too hard about all of this...LOL

Donald has been there every time we've been. The most recent being mid-Oct.

We were at Chef Mickey's on Saturday, Dec. 6 and Donald was there. Both times we've been there, he's been the "greeter" in the lobby area, where you first go in.

Yep, same for us, Donald greeted the guest and really we had the most time with him. We actually had three seperate occasions during our dinner to interact with Donald. Once when we first came in, another when we got to watch him and Chip do what my kids called a "live cartoon" goofing off , wiggling his tail etc...Then again when we were leaving. It had quieted down a bit and we really didn't have to wait to see him, just walked right up and hugged him! Loads of fun!

Oops! I meant to tell you in the last post that this was Dec 12th.

We were there Nov 30 and Donald was NOT there. It was Chip & Dale, Mickey and Minnie and Daisy.

The greeter was Goofy.

The time before that though....over a year ago, it was Donald who greeted us.

He was there on Thursday, 12/11 when we had dinner. He was greeting the guests.

We went on 11/30 and Donald was the greeter. He would switch off with Daisy every 30 minutes. Pluto was the only character NOT at the dinner the night we went.

We were there on 12-14 and Donald was there. He has been there every time for us also. We have been to Chef Mickey's 3 times total.
