For multi UY DVC-ers: What does your use year spreadsheet look like?

I have 3 use years so I drew mine out (attached) below and then converted to an actual online spread last week. The stars denote when i need to bank. The arrow shows bank or borrow and I yellowed out my point numbers. Different colors denote different use years.
What does yours look like?

We have 6 contracts over 4 use years. February March August and September. We never bank points and are always borrowing so its not an issue lol.

Same! Only two contracts but always borrowing. The borrowing restrictions did change my spreadsheet and all future trip plans because I had intended on alternating years with each contract and borrowing close to 100%. Now I use both contracts each trip and do split stays. Which I’m actually enjoying a lot and may continue to do even if restrictions are ever lifted.

I don’t use one. I just keep going on the website. But I have a specific plan on when to use the points that doesn’t really change so it’s easy.

I have 2 UYs now. I put reminders in my calendar to bank and use the website to keep track.

4UYs and 15 contracts - no spreadsheet per say but I book at the 11 month window and use specific UY for specific trips - our April UY is for our May visit, June is for fall and Oct is for Dec and Dec is HHI - so any banking or borrowing is done when reservations are made - and I do check the member site pretty much daily…

Summary tab, color coded, for each resort. Tabs for each contract (with current reservations, plus future year plans, by UY) feed into the summary tab for each contract.

I only have one UY and one resort, but I've needed my little simple spreadsheet to keep track of things for 20+ years now. So I have great respect for those of you who juggle multiple resorts and UYs!
