Im reading a book called " Girlfriends Guide to getting your grove back" by Vicki Iovine. I read all of her other books on pregnancy, babies and toddlerhood but I just discovered this one recently.
If you dont know about her she offers frank advice and commiseration on getting back into the swing of things. She is abrupt many times and very open so it can be almost shocking sometimes if you arent used to it but it is also some of the most honest and forthwright advice Ive ever read.
She readily admits to bags under her eyes, extra weight in bad places and that she really has no idea what her natural hair colour is

It is hilarious but also thoughtful, and just what you would want your best girlfriend to tell you if she dared!
Go read this book!
lol
