I know that I mentioned that we went to Red Robin last week on our little trip. And that I hadn't been happy with our service. We waited an hour for our food. Well I wrote an email to the company telling them I hadn't been happy and why. Well, the company sent me an email saying that if I hadn't heard from the management in Coalinga in two days to let them know. Well I hadn't heard back in three days so I sent a reply telling the company. Yesterday I received a phone call from the manager and after discussing the matter she told me she would be sending me a gift card for the amount we spent so that they could earn our business back. I honestly didn't do it for that reason I just was so ticked I wanted to let them know that you need to have staff that doesn't forget to place orders on a busy Friday night.
