Sorry I disappeared earlier but my laptop crashed and I got frustrated. Whenever you talk about Blue Bayou I kind of crack up. That is the name of the restaurant inside of the Pirates of the Caribbean in Disneyland.

I know...haha I have to search very specifically when looking for info on Blue Bayou Water park because if not it pulls up Disneyland's Blue Bayou restaurant. So is it any good? I'd like to go one day...

Oh and everything including the sail is edible too. The sail is that hard sugar. They have this pork dish that I adore, Scotty likes the Monte Cristo sandwich and it is really good. I got the recipe for both dishes online. I have made the Monte Cristo's but I haven't made the pork one yet.

Yeah, Scotty has to work, so we are going to celebrate on Saturday. I am going to make one of his favorite meals and we are talking about doing a family thing like all of us going to the movies or something.

I would love to see Dane Cook. He is the double threat hot and funny.
