Yeah it seems to be that way. Like if you pay for 2nd day delivery they REFUSE to deliver it early if it arrives earlier. But if you pay for ground shipping and it arrives in two days they will deliver it to you regardless of the kind of shipping that you paid for. I loathe these stupid rules! If I had known the darn package was going to be shipping from Kentucky I would have saved some $ and sent it ground and I would have gotten yesterday. Blah!



How much was it at Office Max? That is AWESOME that Tomato wants to get one and then you will get to have it when you move to FL!! Then you can get online whenever the heck you want. WooHoo!! I say go for it girl!!



Yeah it is really dumb.

They would have called me by now to tell me I had a package being delivered that needed a signature if it did and they haven't so I'm assuming it doesn't need a signature. The camera package said it needed a signature on the web site whenever I tracked it and this one doesn't. I'm glad for that. My FIL keeps asking me about the freaking computer.....about when it's going to get here and why I got it and blah blah blah. He's like "Are you SURE it doesn't need a signature?? Are you sure it's not going to get here today??" (this was yesterday) I so should not have even told him about it. He's so nosy (and not the good kind of nosy...the annoying kind)!!

I'm here. I just got on. I got my laundry in and folded, not put away but hey you can't rush some things. I am running the dishwasher and decided to sit down and see what I've been missing.

Aww, thanks Cheri, I love it! I was a lucky person last year, I got to go to Disney with you and Mike and then I got to come to your hotel and meet you in person. I'll miss FL as now I can't run to Disney to see everyone each time they come for vacation. That was one of the best parts of living there, meeting all of you!

I didn't miss it!!! And I love it too! And you are so right... to each his own. I am different too~ in that I don't really like the contemporary look for my home but I like it in a hotel! We loved our one and only stay at the Contemporary when my kids were really little. You just cannot beat that view! It was awesome to watch the fireworks from our balcony!



I was checkin' out your new laptop today at Office Max while we were waiting for them to refill our ink cartridges! I was telling Tomato that you had one on the way and he said that if his company doesn't give him a laptop then we should get one of those for him to use until the kids and I move down and bring the desktop and then I could have it!

Sorry to post and run but I gotta get my clothes ready for tomorrow... gotta work!

I luckily had an old Dell and it seems to be holding out so at least I can get online. If I ever find a job which I pray I do, then I will get a new laptop and the one that Carla got and Tomato may get sounds like its perfect and a good price as well. I'll be curious to know how much it is at Office Max also. We don't have one around here, nor do we have a Best Buy. So I'll either have to order mine at Amazon like Carla or see if Walmart sells them.

Well I had some good news on that front. At his school they have teams of teachers and the kids are separated to these teams, and they are supposed to change schools as complete teams including their teachers. That pleased me, as far as their band teacher he has taught in the district for 27 years and he is going to use his seniority to get the job he wants.

That's great news Michele. I bet you feel a lot better and Loren does also. I'm really glad that they are doing that, it's so much better for everyone!

Hi Michele, I am feeling somewhat better. I still have that really deep cough that feels like your lungs are being ripped out of your chest! I just took some Tylenol Chest Congestion and the cough seems a little looser! Thanks! I don't wish this on anyone! It has really put a damper on my vacation, though I thoroughly my time in NJ with the kids and Trent. It was awesome to spend time with them! I have some photos on FB because Bryan downloaded them, put them on his page and I stole them, lol. This computer is old and it locks up when I am doing anything big. So if you want to see photos from our visit, check them on FB!
