so i get to plan my wedding tomorrow with Joshs mom and grandma and my mom... wish my luck.. Joshs mom I can tolerate because she doesnt treat me like a child.. but the other 2 treat me like a child and belittle me... so far since we moved all my days off have been taken up by my mom....

I barely survived the shower......there were 75 women!!!!!!! Like a mini convention!!!! It took the mom to be 1 1/2 hours to open all the gifts PLUS they had games for us to play......75 women trying to listen to game instructions Right

When we got there they had set up tables for various family members. Walked up to our table and my SIL didn't like the seating arrangements and just started moving the other relative's purses and jackets!!! What is she out of her mind - I just stood there and watched My cousins come back to the table and they just stood there in shock. Boy did they get angry but they chose not to say anything. My SIL is an interesting personality to say the least and not one of my relative's favorites. She likes to take charge and has an opinion on everything ........

I am so glad I am home.........

Hi! Coloring sounds awful fun to me. I haven't colored in a while. I was looking for paper dolls the other day because I used to love playing with them so much.

so DH just gave the green light for us to go to WDW for a long weekend (either Friday-Monday or Thursday-Sunday) this year.

And I can't believe it but the thought of just going for 4 days (essentially only 2 full days and 2 partial days, depending on our flights, etc) almost makes me not want to go at all. I figure the prepping and packing and just handling 2 kids may not be worth it.

Sooooooo...

tell me that I'm crazy and I should just go and have fun! After all, even just a day or two at WDW is better than a week at home...

or

tell me that I'm being reasonable -- it's a lot of work to only go for a few days and we'd be better off waiting until next year to go longer.

or

???

Oh and DH was like, "so I'm offering you a w/e at WDW and you don't want to go? Must we always go for a week?"

And I said, "at least!" but for some reason he wasn't too pleased with that answer...

So now I'm trying to research how many points that would cost, where we could stay, etc. I'm thinking maybe we could stay at Bay Lake Tower (Contemporary DVC) and just go to MK and Epcot since it's easy to get to them and we wouldn't have enough points to stay at this DVC a full week...

You can think of it as a research trip..

Get an idea what it is like to travel with two children

It would be your practice run trip for your next longer trip

Do not do all the parks. Stay at CR like you said and just hi MK and Epcot, since that will be easiest

Funny story, the day that it was decided that our lawn mower was beyond repair the garbage disposal started acting up. I was livid. I felt like I was at the bottom of the hill and the snowball was getting bigger as it rolled down near me.

Thankfully Scotty was able to fix the garbage disposal so I got what I really wanted as an early birthday and Mothers day present. A fancy new cell phone. And now I am off to buy essential items at Target and I think I may even buy myself a new CD. Oh I am spoiling myself now.

that's great! I need to go to AT&T and find out why EVERYTHING on my phone is delayed. And it won't let me text. It's SO weird. It's SO slow to do anything. If I want to answer a call I have to press it as soon as someone calls because it takes 15 seconds before it answers after I press the answer button. Anyone ever had that problem?

OMG can you believe that? Wow those ambiens are strong. I am sitting here laughing so hard that my eyes are tearing, lol. I guess my hands were on the wrong keys but I didn't even notice. I could see some resemblance to some words like please and goodnight but not too much so, LOL. Thank you for making fun of your mother publicly. Oh the shame of it all, LOL.

it's fixed! I'm SO relieved! The sim card was just getting too old and needed to be replaced. I have a new one and all is well now.

Work has been CRAZY today. They changed our server and didn't tell us beforehand. Everything was all screwy and we were very behind this morning.

It calmed down and I was able to go out on my break and have my phone fixed. So the day has gotten better.

Hmmm, a research, no planning trip, just relaxing and go with the flow...you all know that is soooooo strange for me, but I think you are right -- that's the only way it would work right now.

Save the planning for next year's trip. It will be something new and different for you, a go with flow trip. You might find you will really enjoy yourself that way
