Well, I am a mean Mom. He has a fever, not swine flu worthy but a fever just the same. Kody has her headache and it is worse than normal. Argh.

Aw, Abby has a fever too. It's a virus that the boys and Tomato had last week. I had it over the weekend but it wasn't that bad for me, luckily. Everything hits Abby so much harder due to her asthma.

Poor Kody. I feel so bad for her.

It isn't raining here yet but it's coming. Tomato got delayed in Atlanta last evening due to that huge storm that blew through! He was hoping to have some daylight left when he got into PC so he could look around a bit, but no such luck.



Not too bad. I had (GOT! ) to stay home today because Abby is sick. I didn't want to leave her all day long. But back to my kiddies tomorrow!

Oh don't be sorry. I'm not sad. Just wish I could celebrate too.

Ooooo I'll say a quick prayer for him. Please update us as soon as you hear from him.

Oh bummer that he got delayed! Yeah that was a pretty nasty storm but not one of the worst we've had so far this year. No tornadoes or anything. But glad he made it to PC safe and sound. Bummer that the sun light was gone though Hopefully he'll get a good look around today after the interview.

Yay for being able to stay home! But boo for Abby being sick. Hope she feels better soon!

Hey, all!

Just got back from the doctors...got a severe ear infection. Doc said if it doesn't improve in 24 hrs, I'm to go straight to the ER. My ear canal is almost all closed and they are afraid the infection will go to the ear drum.

And the hits just keep on coming!!

Going to take a nap. DD3 is at a birthday party.

oh no...I hope it's gone by now and NO ER visits!

If only that really worked, it would be more of an incentive to keep cleaning. I had it for today though, I am exhausted and my legs and knees and back and feet all hurt from being on them all day! Not on my back all day, but all the bending and cleaning and scrubbing. The kitchen is now **** and span and both our bathrooms are so I feel good. Bryan did the outside today, mowed the lawn, picked up all the tree branches all over, swept and power washed the carport so he could park his motorcycle, my golf cart and my car in there. He had to leave his truck outside, LOL, no more room! We could conceiveably put them all in there but we have a swing in there, our barbecue and tools and stuff there so his truck loses,

Tomorrow Ill work on maybe the 2nd bedroom which is where Bryan piled all my clothes and it just overwhelms me to look in there and think where do I start and where am I going to put all that, my closest in my bedroom is packed so tight you can't get your hand in there, both the dresser and chest of drawers are packed and the only place left is the one chest of drawers in the middle bedroom is half full, got two empty drawers and the nightstands in there and that's it. Would you beleive I threw out at least 3 big brown garbage bags full of clothes yesterday and still I have way too much. I may have to pack away half of it in rubbermade and pile them in the corner in that room just so I can make some headway in there.

I have to tackle that healthy eating thing you mentioned really soon but not much sense until I get back from NJ because I am not going to be eating healthy there, lol, going to be eating all my old favorites that I miss!

I hear ya on having a lot of clothes...both DH and I have way too many!

My mom is doing okay. She's got a couple days left of antibiotics. She said her back is not hurting like it was so that's an improvement. But her lymph nodes in her arms are swollen now too! She's probably going to end up seeing the surgeon soon for a biopsy of one of her lymph nodes.

Hi Michele, don't feel bad I don't know either. I do a lot of FB stuff but I didn't know about that and I'm sure a lot of other things. It sure feels good to sit down. I just took a shower, shaved, shampooed and put nice smelly stuff on and I feel human for the first time since we got home!

I don't wish this kind of cleaning on anyone. Especially since it has to be done all at one time so we can live here. Its one thing to do spring or fall cleaning and do a room here and there but to have to clean an entire house and a big one like this, 3000 sq feet all at once is insane!!!!

I advertised for volunteers to come clean for me but didn't get any takers???

I went to my friend house last night and we rented BRide Wars from ON Demand. It was such a good movie and she was best person to watch it with

About two ladies who have been friends for 20 years and we have been friends for 28 years

God I am old

Kids played nice together and they had a movie on last night on Nick, Fairly Odd Parents ones, so that occupied them enough so we could enjoy our movie

We ordered wraps for dinner..

such a fun night


So, now that we aer in May, got to get back on Sunshine. Slacked off half of April.

sounds fun! I'm watching Bride Wars this coming Saturday with all the girls from the bridal party for my cousin's wedding, plus my sister will be there, thank God.

Just checking in. My middle accident prone child broke his wrist yesterday playing baseball in the backyard. His first regular season baseball game was today, but he's probably going to be out for the majority of the season. Y'all remember last year when he got hit in the face with the baseball in his first game of the season and we thought his nose was broken? I guess he had to do one better this year.

Well, I better get off here. My daughter is being a drama queen and won't get in the shower. See ya later.

Well the kids and I had a shopping day yesterday. We went to Hobby Lobby, Baskin Robbins and then I bought my son a suit for Prom He is so cute (if I do say so myself!) Then we played glow in the dark golf.

Where did you play glow in the dark golf? Was that near you in Slidell? I wanna play!

And you can't catch a break health wise either. I hope it's not a stye. I get those kinds of things on my eye lid from time to time too and they always end up going away. I think it's from the chemicals in my mascara.

Thanks! Yeah! You can't see it in that picture but he actually has black spots on his tongue. I think they're so cute. You can't see them unless he's panting really hard. He's such a crazy dog!

If you want to ride any rides during EMH's you have to show your resort key card to the person operating the ride (or maybe even before you get in line for the ride). I thought that was a bit weird because then if you're still in the park for EMH's and you're not a guest at a resort they have no way of really kicking you out of the park.

oh, yeah, they do that for the evening EMH's now. They've been doing it since before last September. It wasn't too bad, I just kept my KTTW card in my pocket...or if my pockets were shallow (a couple of my shorts were like that) then Mike would keep mine too and take both out of his pocket before we got on a ride.

As far as people being in the park, I didn't notice crowding. So I guess they are not concerned with it being a problem.
