I recall hearing someone say that an after hours ticket would get you into the park as early as 4pm, but you would have to go back after 7 to check in and pick up the lanyard. Can anyone confirm getting into the park before 7?
Thanks :)

Hi there. We’ve been chatting about all things DAH over on this thread, in case you haven’t seen it:
"Official" 2018 Disney After Hours (DAH) Thread

The official entry time posted by Disney is 7pm. However, similar to MNSSHP and MVMCP, for the 2017 dates guests could pick up their lanyard/enter the park at 4pm. I think there is a pretty good chance that pattern continues, although that’s just speculation on my part. A lot of folks will be paying attention to the first DAH to see if 4pm entry still holds.

Hope that helps!

Yes, I have done it and yes, they have a gate open and set up to provide the credentials at 4:00. So you won't have to go back at 7:00 to get them. If you are in the park already you have to go to get them but not if you are just entering.

Just wanted to be another voice confirming what AngiTN said. We did the Disney After Hours event in April 2016. We got in right at 4pm and picked up our lanyards at the same time. We actually tucked ours away until 7pm because they are kind of bulky, but you do have to have them visible after the event starts to avoid CMs constantly asking to see it. :)

Also...DAH is so much FUN! I'd do it again in a heart beat and I'm very sad that the dates aren't going to work out for us to go again this year. :(
