?? for disney Bus Drivers: ESPN WWW Events

I am pretty familiar with the Disney transportation system but next week is a new one to me - UDA Nationals. aka thousands of dancers going from All Stars to ESPN Wide World of Sports and HS over the weekend. How does the transportation work? Do the bus drivers know which teams need to be where and when? Or are the buses just coming and going constantly from the resorts to ESPN? TIA

I am not sure about "regular" bus service being augmented but many times "chartered" buses are arranged by visiting groups.

Yes, I'm pretty sure an event that large will have charter buses running to EWWS, and maybe even to DHS.

Disney service betwen ASR & EWWS is very limited: 1 bus every half hour, or sometimes every 15 minutes. And Disney drivers generally know nothing about what's going on at EWWS, let alone which teams are competing when.

Bus service from ASR to DHS runs about every 20 minutes during the day, more frequently in the morning. But additional buses should be run if buses are filling up and not every one is making it onto the bus.

While at WDW for the baseball tournament, the Mears transportation took the team early, then moms and siblings took a second bus. While at WDW for cheering (many more people involved than in baseball), we grabbed a bus (not sure what line, Mears or Disney bus) at our resort (POR) and went from there to the MilkHouse.

I will be at WDW for the UCA High School Nationals 2/9-2/13. The past few years, there have been buses that picked the girls up at tents that were set up behind All Star Music. I believe the area was titled "Championship Hall" or something like that.
