We have rented quite a few times in the past. However, usually smaller groups of our family and not everyone. We are all trying to plan a trip and was just wondering what size of rooms would we need and which way would be better economically for us. It is 16 people total, 8 adults, 2 kids that would be considered adults ticket wise, and 6 that are from 3-9 in age. I assume we could rent a 3 BR grand villa and 2 studios or some combination of rooms, I was just wanting insight from the people that know what would be the best course to pursue for room types. FYI the families are divided this way 2A/2 pre teens/ one child , 2A/2 C, 2A/3C, and 2 Adults only but any combination of who stays with who is fine.

Grand Villas sleep 12
two bedrooms sleep 8
one bedroom sleep 4
studios sleep 4

except at BLT and AKV there are one bedrooms that hold 5 and 2 bedrooms that hold 9.

any further discussion of occupancy is limited to our Occupancy Discussion which you can find on the sticky post up top called Ongoing Discussions. Thank you.
