Okay so I'll be 47 in October and have been a larger chested women since I was 14y/o.

Now in my younger years the "Girls" always seemed to be looking out at the horizon.....BUT in the past few years they seem to be desperatly searching for a lost contact lens on the floor:scared1:

SOOO the ? is what is a good supportive bra that isn't too incumbersome(sp) and is comfortable but will also give the "girls a lift

Also I really don't like the bras that turn them into a pointy weapon of sorts - just doesn't look natural.

Thanks

Wish I could help... but the only thing that has ever worked at keeping these chicks in check have been some of the ugliest, most cumbersome bras ever!

Even though you may not "need" it, go for a little shapely padding and some underwire... works wonders...

Even at 29 mine are looking for lost contact lenses... :headache:

I'm 28 and I think mine are assisting in the search too! I have heard good things about the bras at Lane Bryant...my tip would be try, try, try and don't scrimp on them. A good bra can work miracles...make you look slimmer and prevent back ache so is a good investment!

Another vote for Lane Bryant...

I actually used to work for them while I was in college... that 40% discount was pretty awesome... :thumbsup2

Anyway, their bras can be a bit pricey (well, I guess that depends on what you're used to spending), but they are worth it. Most of their styles manage to be very pretty and feminine and supportive at the same time. princess:

Oh, and my girls have been search for contact lenses for quite some years now, and I'm only 31... :confused3

I think you and I should meet and have a memorial for the lost girls.

Sigh......................

Wacoal bras are the best! They have them at Nordstrom, Dillard's and some Macy's. They are expensive, but if you aren't picky about color you can find them on clearance. That is the only brand I wear. :)

Thanks for the replies - I think I will definately check out Lane Bryants tomorrow:thumbsup2

NOW A Memorial to our Girls......

Do your girlss hang low?
Do they woggle to and fro?
Can you tie them in a knot?
Can you tie them in a bow?
Can you throw them o'er your shoulder
Like a bag that has a boulder?
Do your girls hang low?:cool1:

Now bow your head(because thats the only way you are going to ever see the girls)
AMEN

I look at this way I want to move to Florida - Just looks like my girls are already heading in the right direction.

PS wow had to change out one word and insert "girls"

Thank you...that was very moving.
An old boyfriend used to call my bras "over the shoulder boulder holders"

You girls with the BIG GIRLZ are makin' me feel inadequate.

Even though the rest of me no longer matches:sad2:, I am STILL a member of the itty bitty ***** committee. Back in the day, a (VERY) former BF took one look at what i had been granted in the mammary department and told me he thought a dose of clearasil would clear it right up.

OUCH! :headache:

Excuse me but I am 49 years old and have lost 113 pounds. If you want to see something hideous it would be me nekkid. Now I'm pretty happy with the clothes on but if y'all think you have problems with the girls, you ain't seen nothing!!!:)

I'm not pretty naked by any means...but I prefer it to trying to stuff myself into clothes. I hate feeling like a sausage. I literally get pissy that society forces me to wear a bra when it's so uncomfortable.

huh...

This is one topic I thought I'd never see on this forum. :rotfl:

I do have some questions though, about athletic supporters and which one will hold up the boys the best. :lmao:
