Okay, my DD (17- Aug 28th) will be a Sr. this year and I am trying to find something special/fun to do on Spring Break 03. What does everyone think?

Some of the options I have been throwing around - Disney Cruise, Hilton Head, San Diego, Williamsburg, VA....

Help!!

Also we will be at WDW -YC Aug 30 thru Sept 8, anyone going then??

Almost forget, her HS Band will be Marching at WDW New Years 02.

Thanks for the help in advance...
Denise

PS- She loves- Soccer, Band, Jazz Band, Theater

Hi! I am sad to say that I will not be at WDW when you are... :(

Anyways my band marched at WDW last year in April and it was greta! You get a A/C room to change in (thats great cause it is soooo hot!) and you get a HUGE pratice area then you march and after you get Thank you gifts! it is soo cool!

I can Also say that i would think it would be awsome to go on a cruise for spring break! also Williamsburg is fun... there is a water pak, Bush Gardens and the Williamsburg! if she has never gone before then i would also say its a VERY nice place to go!

I hope that is some help!

any cruise would be fun. I've been on many different cruise lines and each time I go, I have a lot of fun.

I guess see what kind of things she wants to do. Beach and tan or go out camping. Whatever is fun for her and you.

i know that a crusis would be cool i also know that panamal city beach in flordia is awsome i went there this spring break

hehe! your daughter and I have the same bday!! :D
I was I was going at the same time but I'm already in school by then! :(

I think a Disney cruise would be awesome!!!
I've been dying to take one for the longest!!

I too am going to be a senior this year. I think it's awesome you are planning something for your daughter. I know at Spring Break that I would love to go on a Disney Cruise. I really don't reccomend Williamsburg for several reasons. We go there often, our most recent visit was this past June. I am a major history buff but I didn't enjoy myself nearly as much. There was a lot of construction around the historic area and everything is becoming more commercialized and there are a lot of lines. They don't do well with crowd control. Spring Break will be a lot like summer there. Also, depending on when you go Busch Gardens may not be open. But any of the other options sound fun. If your daughter likes to sightsee then San Diego or some place like that is probably your best bet. For the beach Hilton Head and to meet people, the Cruise. Oh! And I will be at WDW from August 31- September 2.

San Diego BABY!! thats cuz i live here... but i would say the cruise. I went on a Disney cruise with my 2 best friends (2 of us are 16 and one is 17) this summer and we had a blast. Maybe if she doesn't want to go to WDW.. maybe Islands of Adventure. I liked it there because i am big on roller coasters.
