On November 29, 2012, Jet Blue is discontinuing its non-stop flight between Burlington, Vermont and Orlando. This will increase travel time from 3 hours to 6-7 hours with a layover in JFK.
I emailed JetBlue Wednesday night late (Nov. 7th) and at 1:00 pm on the Thursday, Nov. 8th, a representative from Jet Blue called me to discuss the matter!! Talk about fast customer service
She couldn't have been nicer and told me that this discontinuation was the biggest complaint that Jet Blue had received in a very long time.
She also enouraged me to get everyone I know that it impacts to go to the Jet Blue website (or email) and let them know how much they want the non-stop service back.
It's not just Vermonters that this affects, I personally know people from New York, Quebec and Ontario who come to the Burlington, Vermont airport just for the non-stop flight.
So, I'm asking as many people as possible to let Jet Blue know that this non-stop flight between BTV and MCO is wanted and needed.
Thanks!!!
