FoP, TSMM, FEA, or 7DMT?

I'm trying to decide what order to make my Fastpasses in. I know everyone says to make the most difficult to get first, but what order for the big four? Should FoP be first since it's the newest? HELP!

I would try for FoP first and TSMM last (it has been easier to get now that there are 3 tracks). I'd prioritize SDMT and FEA based on your interest, whether you've ridden before, etc. We would be more interested in SDMT than in FEA, so I'd try for SDMT after FoP.

I would schedule your AK day(s) as late in the trip as makes sense (for your trip). You can get 7DMT, FEA, and TSMM at 60 days. FOP are nearly all gone at 60 days... 64-65 days is the sweet spot for FOP where there is very good availability.

And when booking FPs, I would do AK (FOP) first, then EPCOT (FEA), then DHS (TSMM), then MK (7DMT).

FOP definitely should be priority number one!

After that... it doesn't really matter as much. For our upcoming trip (we leave in 10 days), FEA and TSMM still have availability, albeit later in the day. So I would do FOP, 7DMT, FEA and then TSMM.

Has SDMT or FEA calmed down at all since Pandora opened?

I agree to some degree. FoP is the one that matters the most. It's almost impossible for days 1, 2 and 3 of any trip. Day 4 for afternoon, Day 5 and up pretty open
After that, I think FEA is next hardest, then 7DMT, then TSMM
The extra track at TSMM moves it to the last spot. It even has 4th FP available most days

Not any more than they had already, which was some.

Definitely FOP first. My 60 day window opened two days ago. I went to get FOP for my day 6 right at 7am and the earliest available was 11:50. My other AK day was day 1 so I checked that day just to see and there was nothing available for FOP (I did get Navi though). I did FEA next for my day 4 and earliest was 12:00. I had my choice of times for 7DMT and TSMM after that.

I plan on going to AK the second day of my trip....it's a short trip and I won't be there longer than 4 days. Does that mean the chances of getting a FoP are nonexistent?

I say the chances of a FP are very slim on day 2. I was trying for 2 and the first day I could find any was PM on Day 4.
You have a chance to get FP for day 4 of your trip, depends on what time you are able to go to AK on that day, if at all.

I think it really depends on how many in your party and how particular you are on time of day. On Monday my window opened for a 9 day trip beginning the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I did my second AK day first (which is day 7 I think of my trip) and got that set of FoP. Then I went to day two of the trip, Sunday of Labor Day weekend, not expecting to find anything from what I had read. I had lots of options and was able to get another set of FoP. Now, we are a party of two, and I'm sure small parties are easier than larger ones. We also park hop and like to schedule FPs at the second park, so I was looking for mid to late afternoon, not morning. That might have helped, I don't know. I would suggest being very flexible with time of day if possible and hopefully you'll be able to get something for FoP even thought it's early in a short trip.

Just be flexible with which day you plan on going to AK. For example, be willing to move your AK day to day 3 or 4. You'll likely find a FOP by day 4... it might not be the time you want, but you'll likely be able to get one.

It's also worth splitting your party up to look for overlapping FP windows. For example, instead of looking for 4 people at 10am, look for 2 at 9:20 and 2 at 9:40. You can, of course, ride at the same time, but gives you more options.

Also, if you get a FOP for a given day, take it, even if you weren't planning that day to visit AK. Get the park hopper option, then you can visit AK for part of that day, primarily for Pandora and your FP+.

FOP is the only one that you should have a concern of being shut out of these days. It should be your first priority by far.

There been plenty of times left for the other 3 recently even within the 30 day mark when I can book FP+ with an AP. For instance, if I look right now at August 5 (30 days out) for a party of 4 I have my pick of times every half hour for:
7DMT: Any time from 4:00 pm to park close
FEA: Any time from 2:00 pm to park close
TSMM:. Any time of the day starting at 9:15 am

FOP are all gone, of course.

Do FOP first for sure. Do the other 3 in the order above if you want a specific time, as that tends to be how in demand they are.
