FoP at rope drop

Who here has done Flights of Passage at rope drop...? How close were you to the front and how long did it take to ride and exit?

We're a week and a half away and I'm still not sure of my AK plan. I thought the 8am openings would be extended past July 4th, but so far crickets.

We were there yesterday morning for early entry for resort guests which opened at 7am. Arrived about 6:30 and there were about 35 people in front of us for our scanner. Walked once opened a two a brisk but by no means rushed pace and were able to ride FoP with about a 35 minute wait including walking through the queue. Got off and rode NRJ with a posted wait of 30 minutes but went much quicker. Both rides complete by 8:00 when the park opened to all.
