Just a quick question. My family and I will be traveling to Disney World during football season and my father is not too happy he is probably going to miss the Packer game!! I am wondering if he would be able to watch it somewhere in the World, I am thinking ESPN Club, any ideas if they would show it there or somewhere else? He is a die hard!!! LOL!! Thanks for any tips!!

Most of the bars in the resorts will show the game and you can get it in the room. DH is a big sports fan and was livid when I made plans during the superbowl 2 yrs ago. ESPN is a nightmare to get into on Sundays in football season. There is a line sometimes hours before it opens/games start. I definately would not suggest it!

Just want to confirm about ESPN. It is a very cool place, but is a nightmare with the crowds. Maybe Liberty Tree Tavern, or something like that would be better. We go in September most of the time, and I can't miss my Patriots games!
Good luck, and have fun.........

Last season, I was there for a Monday night Packer game. It was the one against Philly.

Anyway, we watched at the ESPN Club on the Boardwalk.

You will have to get there early in order to get a seat. We only arrived about an hour before the game and ended up standing for a while before finding some other Wisconsinites that shared their space with us :)

For my upcoming trip the Pack also plays on Monday night. I think we'll try the ESPN Club again or otherwise just watch it in our room and order a pizza

BTW: I grew up near Plymouth, got married there and still attend church there. I now like in Port Washington.

Thanks for all of the tips!! I think we will skip ESPN because my father does not like crowds and he gets EXTREMELY UPSET when someone even speaks during the game. No kidding!! I think I will suggest he just watch it in his room, alone. LOL!! I know Disney gets FOX, and that is what channel it is on for that particular game! Thanks again!!

Hello Neighbor!! It is funny that you grew up near Plymouth and now live in Port Washington. I grew up in Grafton (near Port Washington) and now live in Plymouth. I guess it really is a small world after all!!

My Wife is a cheeze head. Her uncle is Bob Skoronski. He played for the Packers in 56 and 59 through 68. #76. She is a Patriots fan, but is torn when they play the Pack.
Hope you all have a great time!

McKelly - let me tell you it was weird to watch the game last year at ESPN since there were as many Eagles fans as there were Pack fans. I'm used to watching the games with only Pack fans!

My mom lived in Grafton as a kid and my great grandma still lives there. It is a small world!

Have a great time on your trip!

Timster - that is cool that Bob Skoronski is your wife's uncle!
