What is the best brand of foot soak to use after a long day at the parks? Any recommendations?

We use one from Bath And Body Works....I'm so sorry I can't remember the exact name of it right now and I'm not at home to check it. It's the Spa collection and it's in a clear jar with bright blue crystals...it's heavenly! It's got a pinch of something like peppermint or menthol in it and it's just enough to cool your feet, yet you pour it into very warm/hot water...it's really nice and relaxing. It's also very affordable, I think my jar was only about $10 and it lasts a long time!

I have plantar fascitis and this is what my podiatrist has told me to do.

Roll the arches of your feet over a frozen water bottle. It works great! It reduces the inflammation of your tendons in the arch of your foot, which is what causes the pain in your heels.

He also suggests that I take 1000mg of Motrin everyday, but I would check with your own doctor before doing that.

It works, and it's the best relief that I have found.

Check out Lush.com's bath bombs. You can chop them up and put them in a foot bath rather than a full bath. They can be a little expensive but you can probably get 3-4 foot baths out of one bomb so it's a better deal. They also have a great lotion (Fair Trade Foot Lotion) that I swear by!
