Hi everyone!
Just wondering if this happens to anyone else... Occasionally I get a "pain" on the outside edges of my feet (base of the baby toe, down the sides to just before the heel). It happens during the first few miles of a run or when I'm in the gym working on weights or balance exercises. I say "pain" but it feels more like a muscle fatigue. In the gym, I usually just stop lifting or the exercise and it will go away after a few minutes. When I'm running, if I stop to walk, it will go away, but it's a little disruptive to stop running and then start up again.
It's really more annoying that anything else and was wondering if there were any strengthening exercises or inserts that I could get that would help. I'm an overpronator and I wear NB 769 - but it's also happened when I use to wear Ascics so I don't think it's the shoes.
TIA
