Hi everyone,
Been exercising (daily on treadmill & abdominal exercises, and alternating weights every other day) and the up side is I am losing weight and inches, and getting better at it. But the down side is I am starting to feel more tired. I have given up caffeine and pasta, both foods which give me extra energy, but which aren't good choices for me. Any ideas of low-calorie foods that can help your body bounce back from exercise sessions?
Looking forward to hearing your suggestions!
Kathy
